I'm running to build a more vibrant, inclusive, and equitable Live Oak, where everyone
can thrive, feel safe, and have access to affordable housing and economic opportunity. As a
policy analyst and union steward, I'll provide collaborative leadership to bring people together and show that more is possible for Live Oak. I’m an experienced leader with over a decade in public service. I've consistently advocated for bold action to protect taxpayers and
workers. Because of my record, I'm endorsed by unions, business owners, and community
groups. My parents legally immigrated to the United States from Mexico and taught me to fight for our communities. I’ 've dedicated my life to helping families flourish by making government serve the people, not special interests or political insiders. Our campaign is people-powered and grassroots-funded. We'll always stay rooted in the community, from how we campaign to how we govern.

Public safety
I propose creating a Public Safety Commission in the City of Live Oak, which will solve the current problem in the this space. Creating a Public Safety Commission , will collaborate with the newly formed Sutter County Office of Emergency Services is comprised of the following divisions: Fire Services and Emergency Management & Sutter Sheriff's, ensure financial solvency and public trust. Let's make Live Oak a safer place for all. I propose creating a Public Safety Commission to solve our current challenges. Collaborate with Sutter County's emergency services to enhance efficiency. Ensure financial transparency to build public trust. Foster community pride and engagement for a resilient town. PUBLIC SAFETY Stronger Communities Are Safer Communities We live in a small town with sometimes big city safety issues. Your Public Safety is my top. I firmly believe in “Stronger Communities Are Safer Communities.” We can do this together. Establish a Public Safety Stronger Communities Commission Collaborate and partner with Sutter County Administration and Board of Supervisors, Sutter County Sheriffs, Sutter County Fire Services, Sutter County Emergency Services and Ambulance Communicate, engage, and inform Live Oak residents about public safety Live Oak is a close-knit community where many of us know each other. Although we face safety challenges, having a voice representing YOU, your families, your community, and your businesses is important. By working together, we can create stronger, safer communities.
Parks and Rec
My priority is to ensure Garden Glen Park starts construction and the park is accessible to all. I also want to expand access to recreational programs, invest in new sports facilities, and invest in park maintenance and improvements. Additionally, I will focus on developing new green spaces and community gardens to enhance the overall well-being of our community. Our parks and recreations are the heart of our close-knit Live Oak community. We can improve, create, and maintain beautiful parks for all to enjoy and feel safe. Repair and modernize the Live Oak community pool. Develop community gardens. Initiate the development of Garden Glen Park. Promote ongoing community development events. PARKS & RECREATION Healthier Communities, Happier Lives Our parks are the heart of Live Oak, where children, families, and the community gather to play, BBQ, celebrate birthdays, and host events — making our community parks beautiful, accessible, and safe, essential to bringing the community together. My position is that we must create a business-friendly environment through tax incentives and streamlined regulations to attract and retain businesses in our community. I believe investing in modern infrastructure is crucial for economic growth, as it not only creates jobs but also enhances the overall quality of life for our residents. Supporting minority-owned businesses is essential to fostering a diverse and inclusive economy; I advocate for targeted programs and resources to help these businesses thrive. Water Conservation
1. Improve community awareness for best practices to address water contamination issues, such as PFAS, arsenic, hexavalent chromium, and lead , aging infrastructure, and limited awareness of water quality issues. 2. Implement initiatives to keep water supplies clear and clean in order to tackle water contamination issues and limited public support for water initiatives. 3. Implement water-efficient infrastructure and technology to address aging infrastructure, high cost of water treatment solutions, lack of infrastructure for water conservation, and difficulty in monitoring water quality consistently. Clean and sustainable water supplies are vital for our community's health and future. Let's ensure the purity and availability of our water resources.
